An outdoor haunt open Fri & Sat nights in October 8-11p. weather permitting. Includes 3/4 mile walk through woods, maze, vortex tunnel and more. New for 2012 is a separate no-scare, family friendly section for those with younger children. On Oct. 20, from 5:00 until 9:00, the Nuview Elementary School will have a Fall Festival featuring a family friendly Haunted House. Besides the haunted attraction there will be carnival games and food.
The haunt is sponsored by Supervisor Marion Ashley, Papa John’s Pizza, and the Jay Hoffman Youth Dental Clinic. It is being built by THS F/X and Hall of Shadows. They have worked on TV and Movies such as Max Steel, Spiderman, Bones, and Modern Family. They have, also, worked on haunts like Alien Invasion, Bloody Bayou, Sinister Point’s Saw, The Open Grave, Coffin Creek, and Old Town Haunt.
It only costs $2.00 and all of the money goes to the Outdoor Education Fund which pays for the 5th grade Science Camp.

The dead and demented alike delight in bringing you some of the best thrills, scares and laughs of the season at Cedar Point’s HalloWeekends 14. But you don’t need nerves of steel to survive the park after dark.

Whether you prefer more tame attractions — or truly long to test the limits of your fear — every family member is sure to enjoy something, no matter what their age.

To support local soldiers who are or have been deployed overseas and/or their families by sending care packages, presenting memorials and assisting them as needed to let them know “They Have Not Been Forgotten”.
