Be warned, this event is NOT for the feint of heart! We utilize strobe lights, fog, moving floors, and other extreme effects. Creatures and scares await around almost every corner. Proceed with caution, if you D.A.R.E.!
Kiddie Lane
Look past the trees and you will find the woods are a magical place. A new family-friendly section will be open Friday and Saturday nights during regular haunt hours. Lots of non-scary fun for all ages.

An outdoor haunt open Fri & Sat nights in October 8-11p. weather permitting. Includes 3/4 mile walk through woods, maze, vortex tunnel and more. New for 2012 is a separate no-scare, family friendly section for those with younger children. Prepare yourself! This Halloween, experience the night-time terror of Central Florida’s premier haunted scare trail. A Petrified Forest guarantees you a night of frightening entertainment and fun. Within this Altamonte Springs haunted house, you will find over 85,000 square feet of sheer horror. Best of all, this mega-haunt is located right in the middle of our forest.

4th annual Terror Trail is a walk through 2 seperate trails through the dark woods where you will meet over 65 live creepy, crawly, walking dead, screaming babies and more. No flahlights allowed. There is a sound system throughout both trails. The premier of Carnevil opens this year. There are a total of 3 attractions. This is the largest haunt in Central Florida. Best of all, all proceeds from this event goes directly to the Humane Society of Highlands County

How our haunted attraction is DIFFERENT:

1. No “cheap scares” – Yes, we have also seen those terrible horror movies and walked through our fair share of haunts. The problem is these days that many haunts use mostly “cheap scares” involving only loud noises or scaring patrons from the front. Here at FearOverload we do things differently. We work hard to make your blood boil deep inside you by attacking every possible fear and exploiting as many senses as possible. We scare you from all angles and you will NOT be safe from fear even if you are standing in the middle of your group.

2. No forced guided tours – We feel that a tour guide in a haunted house is not very scary. Since we are a high thrill haunted attraction, we force you and your friends to adventure through at your own pace in groups of 1 to 4 people. Trust us – this makes it a much more frightening experience – maybe even a little too frightening!

3. No reused props/scenes – Nothing is more disappointing than walking through your favorite haunted house only to recognize some of the same rooms and props from the year before. At FearOverload we decided to scrap everything, we’re talking the full 100%, and start fresh building unique and creepy rooms with new props. Our goal is to implant fear and scare you to death! We think you will agree.
