Hiestand’s Haunted Woods

An outdoor haunt open Fri & Sat nights in October 8-11p. weather permitting. Includes 3/4 mile walk through woods, maze, vortex tunnel and more. New for 2012 is a separate no-scare, family friendly section for those with younger children. Located on the south side of Van Wert, Ohio at Hiestand Woods Park just east of Van Wert County Hospital off of Rt 127. Visit our website for admission, directions, and more. Nightmare Maze

This is the eight year of the Nightmare. Will cause seizures. Will cause heart failure.
Only runs five nights. Friday 19th Saturday 20th Friday 26th Saturday 27th open from 7pm till midnight then open Tuesday the 30th from 7pm till 10pm. Nightmare Maze is different every year. Located at 2201 Hwy 589 Hattiesburg. MS

scare of your life as you tour the real haunted barn with 13 horrifying rooms of doom…you will begin your tour of fright with a visit from the Blood Orchard werewolf who just loves greeting fresh new visitors…you will meet the characters of Wrong Turn as they wist your minds with their room of death…you will get a jump in the corn maze as Jeepers Creepers will be there…CandyMan and his death hook await your visit through his maze of deception…The chainsaw of death will send chills up your spine as an 8 foot monster awaits your arrival….you will tour the cript of death, a room of clowns that are not to friendly as well as meet a nursery room doctor who sends screams all around the room…you will meet
doctor death and watch as he cuts up new victims to hang around his morgue…you will escape the barn of terror only through a tunnel crawl that will surely leave you with an uneasy feeling because you never know who is lurking in the dark tunnel…so if you dare to come out to Blood Orchard Curse we are eagerly awaiting new vicitims!!!!

Terror Trail

Finally a haunted trail and haunted house all in one. Are you claustrophobic? Well then you will enjoy our 2 claustrophobia inducing effects in addition to the 17 other highly detailed movie set like rooms. This is not just a plain ole black walled warehouse maze, you must first journey through the haunted trail to hopefully arrive at the haunted house… then the scares continue.
